Sony Ericsson unveils the Sony Ericsson F305i, a slider phone targeted at a youth audience. Sporting Motion Gaming, the Sony Ericsson F305i lets users control games with the flick of a wrist or the swing of an arm. Using advanced motion sensor technology, the phone can for instance follow the user’s actions to imitate bowling or casting a fishing line.

Preloaded motion games include “Bowling”, “Bass fishing” and “Jockey”, while additional motion games developed by Gameloft plus 50 more 2D and 3D games will be available for download at PlayNow. The Sony Ericsson F305 is claimed to offer up to 8 hours of gameplay, and the new Power Pack CPP-100 accessory (purchased separately) can be plugged into the phone to provide an instant battery power boost.
